  Myself and the wife visited the Casa for an evening meal, Very welcoming on arrival pleasent bar staff. We then went upstairs to the restaurant area upon were we was seated for the meal. I asked the waiter for another drink of the same draft beer which we were both drinking at the downstairs bar, She told me that we couldn't have this as it was only bottles being served upstairs and that if we wanted draft we would have to fetch it ourselves. I then heard the same female waiter say to the bar staff in the restaurant " Don't be fetching them drinks from downstairs because once you start doing it for them then you will end up doing it for everyone " I thought this was a bit odd as it is a 4 star hotel... So throughout the meal we had to get up and go down stairs to fetch our own drinks ! In my option this is a very poor service. All the other 4 star hotels we dine in are a lot more accommodating. Lovely meal just a shame about having to walk around the hotel to get the drink of your choice.
